TrackTrack (“we”, “the app”) is a decision-tracking and analytics tool for e-commerce merchants. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data we access

• Shopify store data — orders, products, customers, and shop settings, via the merchant’s authorized Shopify connection, to compute sales/profit analytics and tracking-point comparisons.
• Advertising data — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads spend & performance, to measure ROAS and ad-driven results.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — session/traffic metrics for the merchant’s store.
• Account info — the email address used to contact you about the service.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to provide in-app analytics, decision tracking, and recommendations to the merchant who authorized the connection. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads / Google Analytics data is used only to display analytics to the connected merchant, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for any purpose other than providing the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service, under confidentiality obligations.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers and access is restricted. Connections use industry-standard encryption in transit.

6. Retention & deletion

You can disconnect a data source or uninstall the app at any time, which stops further data access. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the email below.
